All bookings are confirmed only after payment is received. Cancellations made 48+ hours before the event qualify for a full refund (minus 5% processing fee). No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable. Prices include VAT; additional gratuities for crew/staff are appreciated but never mandatory.
